Hi, I’m Rae! I fell in love with Pilates for the way low impact movement made me feel stronger in my body and clearer in my mind and that’s what inspires every class I teach. I love finding the perfect balance between slow, controlled sequences and higher energy flows that build heat, strength, and confidence. My classes blend thoughtful pacing, creative transitions, full body work, and playlists that keep the vibe fun and motivating. I’m also continuing my education and certifications, and I fully believe in growing, evolving, and learning as the years go on so I can bring my best to every class. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already in love with it, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process every step of the way!

My teaching is rooted in the belief that when you move better, you look better, and when you look better, you feel better. I’m a certified Body Harmonics Mat instructor and hold a RYT-200 yoga certification, with additional experience as a former Pvolve instructor. I'm fascinated by the different ways our bodies facilitate movement; with pilates as a vehicle, I believe the more we can connect mind to muscle, the better equipped we are to flow through our lives. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me indulging in the latest wellness trends, diving into new research on movement science (I’m very much a recovering academic!), or hosting cozy dinners for friends and family.
