Not at all! We welcome complete beginners and offer foundational classes designed to introduce you to Pilates safely and effectively. Our instructors provide modifications for all levels.
Just bring yourself and a water bottle! We provide all mats, props, and equipment. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Once you create your account, you can book classes through our online portal up to 7 days in advance. We also have a mobile app for easy booking on the go.
We ask for at least 6 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged. We understand life happens, and our team is always happy to help you reschedule.
Yes! We offer private and semi-private sessions that can be customized to your specific goals, whether that's rehabilitation, sport-specific training, or personal attention for your practice.
