Join us for a complimentary prenatal Pilates class + community circle at Solstice Pilates — a relaxed, welcoming space designed for connection, conversation, and support. This gathering is created for expecting mothers to come together, move, and connect in a way that feels intentional and aligned with this season of life. Whether you’re early in your pregnancy or further along, you’re warmly invited. We’ll begin with a gentle, thoughtfully guided prenatal Pilates class focused on safe, supportive movement, breath, and connection to your body. Following the class, we’ll transition into a community circle open to both prenatal and postnatal moms — an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other women navigating a similar stage. We’ll guide conversation around topics like exercising safely during pregnancy, preparing for postpartum recovery, rebuilding strength after birth, and anything else on your mind. Your insight and feedback will also help shape our prenatal and postnatal offerings at Solstice. This is a space to feel heard and part of something from the very beginning. A new 45-minute hybrid format at Solstice. Power Sculpt is a Pilates X Weight Lifting Class, blending the balance, mobility, and core control of Pilates with the strength and definition of weighted training. Led by Andi, our Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Mat Pilates Instructor, you'll move through a guided flow that pairs classic Pilates principles with progressive resistance work using hand weights. Expect a feel-good, full-body burn that lengthens and sculpts in equal measure — built for the Pilates regular ready to add strength, the lifter looking for more mobility, and anyone who wants the long-line tone of Pilates without giving up real muscle work. This class begins with a guided warm-up and full-body stretch, followed by across-the-floor combinations focused on grooves, lines, and musicality. You’ll finish with a dynamic, expressive choreography that blends precision with performance — giving you the chance to connect with the music and move with confidence. Open to all levels, this is a supportive, feel-good space to build skill, let go, and enjoy movement. Led by Santana, a passionate dancer with 15+ years of experience, the class is rooted in confidence, self-expression, and creating an environment where you feel empowered to move freely.
