Inside this experience, you’ll explore: • EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) - A simple, guided technique to help calm racing thoughts and ease emotional stress • Breath-work for grounding + energy - Learn how to regulate your energy- whether you need to slow down or gently lift yourself up • Supportive, feel-good movement - A slow, accessible yoga flow to release tension, improve circulation, and create a sense of lightness in the body • Deep rest with Yoga Nidra - A guided relaxation to reset your nervous system and support emotional balance Led by Stephenie With over 10 years in the yoga and wellness space, Stephenie brings a calm, supportive approach to practices that connect the body and nervous system. Her training includes Vinyasa and hot yoga, restorative practices, trauma-informed yoga, and iRest Yoga Nidra, allowing her to guide this experience with both depth and care.
